Molin Concrete recently completed installation on the Orchard Path Senior Living project in Apple Valley with Anderson Companies. Utilizing precast concrete allowed quick installation of components during mid-winter conditions. Having the ability to install precast concrete during winter conditions not only saves on heating costs for the general contractor, but also keeps the project schedule running and ideally gets the owner in to their building faster.  Molin Concrete provided hollow core plank, prestressed beams, precast columns, but also precast foundation walls for the project. Once the contractor completed the footings, Molin was able to install the entire precast foundation. Not only does having one trade handle the concrete more efficient, but it also reduces risk on the jobsite.
