Bluff View Elementary School recently completed an addition to an existing school in Lake City, MN. The addition included a new gymnasium along with many other facility upgrades.

Molin Concrete Products joined the construction team of: Johnson Wilson Constructors, Architectural Resources, Inc. and Northland Consulting Engineers when awarded the contract to produce the precast and prestressed concrete products for the Mountain Iron-Buhl High School Expansion project located Mountain Iron, MN.

In October 2017, Molin Concrete Products was invited to join Oppidan, Anderson Companies, Pope Architects, and BKBM Engineers as part of the development team for their project, The Capp which is a precast concrete multi-family housing/mixed use project.

Molin produced the precast and prestressed concrete products for the 80 Broadway housing project located in the St. Anthony West neighborhood at the intersection of Broadway St NE and Marshall St. NE in Minneapolis.
