During the spring of 2015, an addition to the existing F&M Plastics was required due to the continuing growth of the company. The addition is approximately 27,000 square feet and incorporated insulated-precast wall panels at the building perimeter to achieve the proper production floor height. Hollow core planks were chosen as the floor system for the mezzanine at the interior to support a break room that overlooks the production floor.

Molin Concrete Products Company was invited by the general contractor to provide a proposal based on the reputation of being one of the leading precast designers, producers, and installers in the region. This project was extremely important to Molin Concrete as it was one of the first projects produced at Molin’s automated wall panel facility in Ramsey, MN which started producing wall panels in 2015.
